Summary of Terms and Conditions
Global Molds, a division of Unlimited Molds, will charge the seller 15% of the agreed sale price as a commission. Global Molds will be responsible for payment of the mold to the seller once the buyer has paid for it.
Any problem or defect that the mold may present at the time of its testing or use by the buyer, will be the full responsibility of the seller. Global Molds is an intermediary and will not be responsible for any type of defect or malfunction of the mold. The publication price of the molds must be ex-works. All shipping costs and insurance are borne by the buyer of the mold.
